Mr. Ashok Khurana, Group Chairman

Mr. Ashok Khurana, a commerce graduate with five decades of rich experience in the field of construction is the founder of Madhav Corp. The group’s businesses are spread across the Renewable Energy, Infrastructure and Real Estate sectors.

In 1960, after completing his commerce graduation, Mr. Ashok Khurana joined his father’s construction business at Bhilai. Those were his formative years and he made the most of his father’s guidance.

A visionary businessman, Mr. Ashok Khurana started his independent construction firm in the year 1976 operating in the Residential and Industrial sector. With his focus, determination and commitment, he converted his construction firm into a Corporate Entity in the year 1994 by executing various Roads, Infrastructure, Railway Over Bridge, Water Supply, Bus Terminals, Mass Housing & Township and multi-storied building projects across the country.

Under his stewardship, the company became a Public Listed company in 2004 (Listed on the NSE and BSE). After selling their stake in MSK, Mr. Ashok Khurana started Madhav Corp. in 2010 and the company has since grown exponentially in the past five years.

Mr. Amit Khurana, Group Managing Director

Mr. Amit Khurana holds a degree in Business Administration (BBA) and joined the family construction firm immediately after graduation. He has an experience of over 10 years in the construction industry. His focus has always been on managing the technical operations of the company. He has executed many technically complex projects across the country. Some of the projects which deserve a special mention are Residential School Buildings for RREIS, Hoshangabad-Harda-Khandwa Road project on Build Operate Transfer basis, 4 laning of Bhopal Dewas Road on Build Operate Transfer basis and Construction of Khandwa Khargaon Road.

He has been instrumental in diversifying Madhav Corp. into the Renewable Energy Sector and has been successful in bagging big projects in a very short time.

Mr. Vineet Rathi, Group Director

Mr. Vineet Rathi, Chartered Accountant, Bachelor of Commerce, is the Financial brain of the Group. He has over 10 years of experience in the field of financial services and infrastructure including 2 years plus experience in leading consulting company. Mr. Vineet has been associated with the Group since 2007. Vineet brings with him immense knowledge and strength in the fields of finance on both domestic as well as international space, Restructuring, Financial Management.

Mrs. Neelakshi Khurana, Director

Mrs. Neelakshi Khurana is a Commerce Graduate with a Post Graduation in Computer Applications. Her prior work experience includes working at a UK based Software Firm as a Team Lead of Technical Writing Department. She is in charge of administration and spearheads the group IT (Information Technology) and HR Policies. She has excellent man management and information technology skills and has been the driving force in implementation of ERP and stream lining HR policies in the group.
